As if owning a major slot in the field of physical education, the College continues to graduate world-class specialists providing sports and recreational services not only in the school setting but likewise in wellness-oriented outfits. Established in 1981 as the Sports, Physical Education, and Recreation Department, it has grown to become the College of Physical Education, Recreation and Sports (COPERS) in 1999. Contributing to the pool of Physical Education teachers are sports and recreation leaders, health club and fitness specialists, sports coaches, sports broadcasters, athletic directors, dance teachers and choreographers.
