This College has evolved to be the premiere tourism school producing graduates with employable skills both in the domestic and global markets. Maintaining partnership with known tourism-related firms and outlets, the leadership of a former Undersecretary of Tourism Dean Ramona Lopez-Ty has become the moving spirit of the College.
Nearing completion and therefore, full operation, is the University Cafe, whose charge has been given to the College as its laboratory for the students. The cafe has served for its soft opening the forty foreign officials and local paricipants of the OPUSFEST, the 2008 International Piano and Chamber of Music Festival from July 27 to August 10, 2008. In the meantime, arrangements are on-going for the College to manage the Hotel Intramuros close by, also to be part of its training facilities.
