This bid bulletin is issued to amend items in the Bidding Documents in compliance with Section 22.5.2 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 based on the requests for clarification by the prospective bidders.

Lot No. 1 – Raised Flooring

Supply, Delivery and installation of raised flooring system with HPL Panel 600x600mm.

1. Factory bended, anti-static High Pressure Laminated (HDL)

  • Surface finish with trim edge, straight Gray color epoxy painted finish
  • Steel top sheet with precise flatness
  • Fully welded structural assembly with light weight cementitious filling
  • Interchangeable, with a precise squareness tolerance

2. Under Structure System Bolt-on Stringer System complete with:

  • Galvanized steel pedestal base
  • Stringer of galvanized Steel
  • Galvanized steel pedestal head with cruciform design
  • Finish floor height of 12 inches
  • Pedestal adhesive applied beneath the bases.

3. Loading Capacity - Panel type: Steel cement panel suitable for dynamic and static loads

  • Dimension: 600mm x 600mm x 35mm thick
  • Concentrated Load: at least 800 kg.
  • Ultimate load: at least 11,250 N
    • Uniform Load: at least 16,100 N
  • Impact Load: at least 538 N
