The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) PLM Law Center needs the following administrative position under Contract of Service:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assists the Supervising Lawyer in the administrative process of Clinical Legal Education (CLEP) Certification of intern students.
  • Assists on the evaluation of cases under the Legal Aid Program.
  • Tracks and organizes files containing case documents.
  • Performs legal research related to the improvement of the legal education and legal profession.
  • Drafts correspondences.
  • Creates presentation based on available data.
  • Manages communication including emails and phone calls.
  • Answers phone calls, redirect calls and take messages.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings and reservations as needed.
  • Receives, delivers, sorts and distributes outgoing documents.
  • Performs other related functions relative to the mandate of the PLM Law Center.
