The Office of Guidance and Testing Services (OGTS) would like to invite the PLM Students, Faculty and Staff to an enrichment activity entitled, #AKONamanMuna: A Workshop on Self-Care Skills Enhancement (Mindfulness & Distress Tolenrance)on May 2, 2024; 8:30 AM (morning session) and 1:00PM (afternoon session) at the Justo Albert Auditorium.
The aim of the activity is to expose participants to various self-care techniques, specifically mindfulness and distress tolerance.

Effective April 15, 2024, due to increasing heat index and as part of our commitment of prioritizing the health and safety of our stakeholders, faculty members are given the discretion to shift to online synchronous mode of learning depending on the requirement(s) of the subject course.
