The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) proudly congratulates Patricia Mae Masanga for passing the Real Estate Appraisers licensure examination.

Masanga is among the first batch of graduates of the new degree program offered by the PLM Business School and was the only one to take the September 2022 board exam. She passed on her first try.

She is part of the 356 newly licensed property appraisers against 626 test takers. PLM’s passing rate is effectively 100% against the national passing rate of 56.87%.

“Congratulations to Ms. Masanga for making history as the first-ever licensed real estate appraiser from our young program! May her achievement reassure and inspire current students of Real Estate Management that they are getting quality training for their chosen careers,” PLM President Emmanuel Leyco said.

The University started offering the BS Real Estate Management program in 2018, which provides theory-based practice for future practitioners.

The course provides specialized trainings on salesmanship, brokerage, appraisal, consultancy, as well as local government functions of assessors.
