The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) congratulates newly minted Judge Phillip Charles Santos for his appointment as judge at the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch 45.
Judge Santos is a part-time professor at the PLM Business School and currently a student at the PLM Graduate School of Law.
Prior to his appointment, he also served as Deputy Clerk of Court in the City of Manila.
“Congratulations to Judge Santos! May you continue to inspire the PLM community, and may you rule with fairness and integrity,” University President Emmanuel Leyco said.
