The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila will distribute the cash cards to first-year student-beneficiaries of the Manila City’s Social Amelioration Program (SAP) on December 11-12, 2021.
PLM students who are bona fide residents of Manila receive a monthly allowance from the Manila City Government through the cash cards issued by the Land Bank of the Philippines.
Only those who receive the email advisory (sent to official PLM Outlook account) can claim the cash card on the scheduled date. Please follow the instructions indicated in the email to claim your card.
