The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in partnership with Philhealth will be holding an onsite membership registration to accommodate students who must attend face-to-face classes but do not have a health insurance with COVID-19 coverage tomorrow, April 6, 2022 from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Students who are registered dependents of parents/guardians who are registered Philhealth members, may also request printing of their parent’s/guardian’s Member Data Record at the onsite registration.
Please bring the complete set of requirements as discussed during the online orientation on April 4.
Students are expected to always follow the university’s health and safety protocols in campus. Those who cannot join the onsite registration are encouraged to register at the nearest Philhealth branch.
