Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila President Emmanuel Leyco has appointed Professors Lynnette Cleto and Bernard Letrero as new acting deans of two key units within the University.
Prof. Cleto is now the Acting Dean of the Office of Student Development and Services (OSDS).
Prior to this appointment, she was acting chief of the General Services Office which she shall continue to perform. She was a former dean of the College of Nursing (CN) and is also the chair of PLM’s COVID-19 Task Force, mainly tasked to craft and implement strict health protocols within the University. Prof. Cleto also holds key positions as vice president of the Philippine Nurses Association NCR-Zone 1 and of the Samahan ng Pagkalinga ng Pamantasan, Inc. or the CN alumni association.
Meanwhile, Assistant Professor Letrero has been named as Acting Dean of the PLM Business School, currently PLM’s biggest school with over 4,600 students. He counts years of experience in business operations before joining the academe, specializing in business development, feasibility studies, marketing plans, training design and implementation, curriculum development, and accreditation. He is also a faculty adviser of the PLM Supreme Student Council.

We are counting on you to uphold academic integrity, professionalism, and the welfare of students and faculty in your new assignments,” President Leyco said. Their appointments have been finalized last Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
