A graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM)โs Real Estate Management program emerged as one of the topnotchers of the April 2023 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination.
PLM Business School alumna Michelle Alaras ranked 10th out of 581 passers with a score of 83.75%.
โCongratulations to PLMโs newest batch of licensed real estate brokers!,โ University President Emmanuel Leyco said.
โOur undergraduate program is relatively young, but this strong performance affirms that we are on the right track and we can continue to improve from hereon,โ he added.
PLM began offering the BS Real Estate Management program in 2018. It provides theory-based practice for future practitioners covering salesmanship, brokerage, appraisal, consultancy, as well as local government functions of assessors.

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) campus has been filled with senior high school students looking to pursue college education in the University.
Thousands of students took the PLM Admission Test on March 19 and 26, the first of a series of exam dates for freshmen in the upcoming Academic Year 2023-2024. They are part of the more than 51,000 applicants who submitted application requirements by the March 9 deadline.
