Dean Harold Perfecto R. Galang, College of Music

Prof. Harold Perfecto R. Galang, a concert pianist, choral conductor, music educator, and administrator, currently serves as the inaugural Dean of the PLM College of Music. He has been part of the PLM community since 2014, initially joining as a Consultant and Chair of the Presidentโ€™s Committee for Arts and Culture (PCACS), and progressively advancing to Associate Professor V.

 Congratulations to PLM, Top 2 Performing School in the recent August 2023 Psychometrician Licensure Examination with four PLMayers landing in the Top 4th, 5th, 8th and 9th places.

Also, PLM garnered a passing rate of 83.33%, way above the national passing rate of 72.44% in the August 2023 Psychologist Board Examinations.

 The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Rose Anna Banal as the new dean of the College of Medicine (CM).

Prior to her appointment, Dr. Banal has been serving as an associate professor in the college and is the current Chair of the Department of Physiology. She is no stranger to the job, having served as CM dean in previous years.
