The PLM Business School offers undergraduate and post-graduate programs that aim to make students able professionals and managers both in the private and public sector.

The college offers the following programs:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA)

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy program provides students with a general accounting education that will prepare them in pursuing a career in Accountancy. This program complies with the issuance of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) for the Internationa Education Standards that complies with the competencies framework of professional accountants.

Graduates of this program are qualified to undergo assessments leading to certifications in Accountancy given by the Professional Regulation Commission - Board of Accountancy (PRC -BOA)and other global professional Accountancy organizations.

Graduates are highly encouraged to continuously pursue professional development and lifelong learning in an objective and ethical manner to serve the public interest.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management (BSBA-FM)

The program aims to develop globally competitive, socially responsible and ethical finance executives. Graduates become fully equipped with skills and knowledge in different areas of finance such funds and cash management, investors and banking relations, loans and credit, banking, investments, capital market, financial analysis, strategic financial planning, risk management, and other relevant functions in finance in various industries.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management (BSBA-MM)

The program prepares graduates for careers in marketing, market research, advertising and public relations. The curriculum provides the graduates with both technical skills and competencies required in the field but also the flexible mindset that is necessary to stay competitive in a constantly changing business environment. It covers the areas of sales management, brand, distribution, e-commerce, franchising, retailing, advertising and sales promotion, and integrated marketing communications.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management (BSBA-OM)

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management (BSBA-OM) program prepares students to manage the operations of manufacturing, agri-business, and service enterprises. The program curriculum covers all aspects of operations within the organization, including the management of purchases, inventory, production and service quality, logistics, supply chain, and distribution.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management (BSBA-HRM)

The Human Resource Management program prepares students for a career in the human resources. The graduates are trained to handle diverse human capital requirements of the organization, including recruitment, staffing, training, and career development.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Business Economics (BSBA-BE)

  • Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BS Entrep)

The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BS Entrep) program is designed to provide undergraduate students in-depth knowledge on how to start and manage a business by combining management, accounting, finance, and marketing principles. This program equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills in identifying business opportunities, business planning, financing, company valuation, and business management. 

  • Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BS REM)

The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BS REM) program offers theory-based practice to equip students with technical, interpersonal and conceptual skills for a career in real estate management with focus areas in salesmanship, brokerage, appraisal and consultancy including the local government practice of assessors and appraisers. It seeks to develop technically competent, responsible, and respected professional real estate service practitioners who are globally competitive.

  • Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)

  • Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM)

  • Master in Business Administration

The Master in Business Administration program is a general broad degree program covering a wide variety of business issues and training students for careers in managing any area of business. MBA students study accounting, finance, marketing, statistics, management, economics, strategy, policy, leadership and similar courses. MBA program requires students with degrees in any field of specialization other than business and with a minimum of 2 years working experience.

Non-thesis program in business administration aims to improve making capabilities of our students by providing a functional business foundation and enhancing their analytical, communication, and technological skills needed to attain high level competencies in professional practice.

  • Doctor of Business Administration

The Doctor of Business Administration program is designed for advanced practitioners in the international business community interested in expanding their knowledge base, professional networks, and options for the future within the field of management science and practice. It offers a combination of research skills training, exposure to the latest business research, original applied research, and application of theoretical knowledge to the advancement of business and other organizational management practices.
