- Community Health Nursing
- Maternal and Child Health Nursing
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Intensive Care Nursing
- Decent Work Employment and Transcultural Nursing Pharmacology
- Nutrition and Diet Therapy
- Clinical Teaching
- Nursing Informatics
- Nursing Research
Application Requirements:
- 4 notarized copies of Personal Data Sheet (PDS) printed back-to-back on long bond paper (download form at csc.gov.ph or bit.ly/GetPDSForm)
- Transcript of Records (Certified True Copy from the school registrar; original and 3 photocopies)
- Diploma (Certified True Copy from the school registrar; original and 3 photocopies)
- 4 Photocopies of PRC license and board rating
- 2 Photocopies of PAG-IBIG, Philhealth and TIN cards (if available)
- PSA birth certificate (2 photocopies) and marriage certificate (if married)
- NBI clearance
- For applicants employed in government: Service record and clearance (original and one photocopy)
- For full-time/regular non-teaching personnel: Teaching permit from employer (original and 2 photocopies)
