The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) Physical Facilities Management Office (PFMO) needs the following administrative positions under Contract of Service:

(1) Electrician I

Employment Status: Contract of Service
Monthly Salary: Php 14,993.00
Education: High School Graduate or Completion of relevant vocational/trade course
Training: None required
Experience: None required

With knowledge in:

  1. Minor and major corrective maintenance on electrical system such as replacement of switch, led tube, led bulb, outlet, and circuit breaker.
  2. Electrical works such as installation of conduit, wiring, fitting, hanger and support.
  3. Preventive maintenance on various ventilating fans.
  4. Monitoring on main distribution panel.
  5. Preventive maintenance of panel board.
  6. Responding to trouble calls, emergencies or disasters.

(1) Plumber I

Employment Status: Contract of Service
Monthly Salary: Php 14,125.00
Education: Elementary School Graduate
Training: None required
Experience: None required

With knowledge in:

  1. Preparation of work order, estimation of needed materials, supervise and execute installation assigned to plumbers.
  2. Installation and repairs of water pipes, gate valves, hydrants, toilet fixtures and accessories.
  3. inspection and trouble-shooting of plumbing fixtures around the campus and report all routine failures and initiate repairs.
  4. Bend, cut, lay and join threads of different sizes of water pipes.
