DR. CRECITA TIONGSON HERNANDEZ is a professor of English at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

Her research, “Error Analysis in the Written Composition of First-Year Mass Communication Students of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila”, was internationally presented at Chulalongkorn University Language Institute, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok Thailand. She also presented her paper entitled “Common Pronunciation Faults Committed by Filipinos: An Evaluation” at the 4thBiernnial International Conference on the Teaching and Learning of English in Asia held in Penang, Malaysia. Her dissertation “Scenario, Forecasting for an Enriched Curriculum in Mass Communication equally earned high commendations and meritorious acknowledgments.
