The special non-working holiday is granted through Proclamation No. 167 in observance of the anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution which falls on Saturday, February 25.
ADVISORY: Classes (online and onsite) and office work at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) are suspended on Friday, February 24, 2023 following an order from Malacañang.
