The PLM community mourns the passing of Dr. Jose Gerardo Oliva Los Baños, who is our fourth doctor that perished during the nation’s fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Los Baños taught at PLM for 13 years since 2007. He served as chairperson of the Department of Psychiatry at PLM College of Medicine. He was a consultant psychiatrist at Healthway Medical, Tahanan Natin, and Grace Halfway Home.
