The Justo Albert Auditorium of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) had been filled with soulful music and voices as four graduating Bachelor of Music in Music Performance students took the stage for a day-long recital.
Each student had the opportunity to perform before members of the PLM community and their loved ones for their recital for 30-40 minutes with a curated repertoire for their art.
"Congratulations for the spectacular performances which our graduating Voice majors put together for their recital. Thank you for bringing sharing your talents with the PLM community, and may you continue to inspire people with your craft," University President Emmanuel Leyco said.
PLM is in the process of scaling up the Department of Music – currently housed under the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences – into its own College of Music.
The students have been trained by Professors Harold Perfecto Galang and Maribel Miguel-Ararao.
