Mga Awitin at Tugtugin ni Nicanor Abelardo
In commemoration of Nicanor Abelardo’s 90th death anniversary and as part of the PLM's vision and mission to preserve and promote Philippine cultural heritage, the College of Humanities Arts and Social Sciences (CHASS) Department of Music, in cooperation with the Presidential Committee for Arts, Culture and Sports (PCACS) of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, present:
“Mga Awitin at Tugtugin ni Nicanor Abelardo”
 
this coming March 13, 2024, Wednesday, 10:00 am at the PLM Justo Albert Auditorium.
 
Listen, appreciate Maestro Nicanor Abelardo's (one of our foremost composers) compendium of beloved music compositions for voice such as “Mutya ng Pasig”, performed and music accompaniment by our talented PLM students and faculty members.
 
This performance is open to the public. All PLM employees and students are all invited!!!

Congratulations to the  Systems and Technology Management Team!PLM Computer Science Department of the College of Information
The delegation, composed of 4th year students taking up Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) and faculty, attended the International Research Conference on Information Technology Education (IRCITE) 2024 with the theme “Breaking Barriers and Empowering Change through Global Innovation, Knowledge Engineering, and Diversity-Centered Research” held on March 8, 2024, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Wesleyan University Philippines, Cabanatuan City in the province of Nueva Ecija.
 
A Certificate of Recognition - Best Paper (C.S. Track) was awarded to them for their Paper Presentation entitled "An Enhanced Hartigan-Wong Algorithm Applied for Determining the Crime Rates Per Area in the Philippines.

Congratulations to PLM College of Medicine!
 The Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP) granted PLM College of Medicine a Level III Re-Accredited Status to its Basic Medical Education Program for having satisfactorily met the standards and fulfilled all the requirements of The Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU).

Level IV College of Nursing (CN) students participated in a standard first aid lecture workshop
 
Earlier today, Level IV College of Nursing (CN) students participated in a standard first aid lecture workshop led by trained volunteer firefighters and certified emergency medical technicians (EMTs) from Golden Fire and Rescue, Central San Juan Fire and Rescue, and Deputy Fire Chiefs of Barangay San Perfecto and Pedro Cruz at the University Activity Center (UAC).
This serves as part of the College of Nursing's curriculum under Emergency Disaster Nursing.

PLM holds 1st Testimonial dinner for the PRC 2023 Real Estate Broker (REBLEX) and AppraiserLicensure Examinations (REALEX) passers of the first batch BS in Real Estate
Management alumni. The event also included the send-off for the 2nd batch of BS REM graduates who will take the PRC REBLEX in April 2024. PLM President Atty. Sonny Y. Reyes, Jr. provided an inspirational speech during the event. The PLM topnotchers in 2023 REBLEX and 2023 REALEX were given cash incentives and gift items. Also in attendance are PLM top executives, the College of Business Dean, the BS REM Department Chair and faculty, and the student officers in the course.
